Elite Rank store problem

    Hi, I don't quite know where to start this thread, but I am having issues with the store. I tried to buy a rank a few times, kept saying my zip code failed verification. Somehow, everytime I tried the transaction again, because it kept saying it was failing, you guys charged me 1.29 (8 times), which I am not particularly happy about, plus the payment went through even though it said it did not. The item is still in my cart currently, but the 77.68 CAD was taken from my card. I will wait the 24 hours to get the rank, but I would still like to understand why I kept getting charged 1.29$ CAD for no apparent reason. Thank you.

    AlissQC - I can try and help you out, but i'll need some info from you first. Did you get a receipt from PayPal for the purchase(s)? If so, could you please PM me a screenshot and crossout and personal information on it. I will look into our payment system to see if I can spot any issues.

    Hey AlissQC. I see your attempted purchases – 9 total to be exact. You entered an invalid ZIP code each time you tried making the purchase, so all you need to do is make sure you enter the ZIP code that's linked with the billing address on your card and try again.

    Alternatively, instead of choosing "Stripe" upon checkout, choose "PayPal" instead and enter your card details on PayPal's site. It's less user friendly, but it should work without ZIP verification.

    Regarding the charges, we never received any money from you in our account, and you were not billed by us. Most likely, this is an authorization placed on your card by your bank or card issuer. In those cases, it's best to wait 7-14 days for them to remove the authorization, but as we didn't receive any money from you, you haven't actually been charged.

    Alright, thanks for the reply. It is actually telling me it went through, but I'll contact my bank and look this up, this might be an issue with them, and not your website, since you're saying you did not receive any payment. I'll probably get an update tomorrow. Thanks a lot! :)
